AUDREY CROLEY LITTLE, CCP, PMP

PRESIDENT AND PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Audrey has extensive leadership experience in all components of human resources management, including compensation, rewards, performance management, talent management processes, HR compliance, people analytics, HR technology and training. She draws on over 20 years’ experience in several industries, including Fortune 50 organizations. She believes in performance based solutions that align with business goals and strategy and does not employ "canned" models.

 

As a consultant and leader, she has worked very closely with the "C-suite" and Boards of Directors. Audrey is a strong advocate in the strategic value of people and aligning people processes tailored to the needs and requirements of the organization. She has been a speaker at the SHRM National Conference, as well as at human resources and compensation organizations across the U.S. In addition, she has spoken at the PenJerdel Employee Benefits and Compensation Association (PEBA) Annual Forum in Philadelphia multiple times. Audrey has also testified as an expert in executive compensation and completed expert compensation analysis in legal cases. 

 

Audrey was previously Chair, Compensation Thought Leadership, Philly SHRM; a member of the SHRM Metrics Task Force; and, the SHRM Compensation and Benefits Committee. Currently a member of SHRM, World at Work and the Project Management Institute (PMI), she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and holds both Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designations.

Audrey is an avid sports fan, especially college basketball. She has been a season ticket-holder of several NBA teams during her many professional relocations.

CHRIS BROWN

SENIOR CONSULTANT/HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Chris has over 20 years of experience delivering people solutions across a number of disciplines within Human Resources, both domestically and internationally. This includes experience in compensation, talent management, organizational design, mergers & acquisitions, employee relations, talent acquisition, immigration, relocation, expatriate management, and process and system implementation.  


He has experience working with public, private, and non-profit companies; ranging in size from small and mid-sized organizations, to Fortune 500 companies. This experience has been across a wide range of industries, including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and Retail/eCommerce.   Through this experience, he has learned that every company’s business has unique challenges that must be understood before an effective solution can be developed or implemented.   


Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.  He has passed the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) examinations, and has been published in Workspan Magazine.


Chris played college basketball years ago, and can still be found playing pickup basketball early in the morning.  He also is active in supporting the local sports community where he lives. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and dog Max.

GLORIA HENAO-BOTERO

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Gloria possesses extensive experience gained as a practitioner and consultant in all facets of Total Compensation, including base pay, incentive and bonus plans, equity plans and sales commission plans.

 

She also has experience in performance management, human resources information systems and talent acquisition.  Her corporate and consulting experience includes Banking, Construction, Education, Hospitality, Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices and Non-Profits.

Previously, Gloria was Compensation Manager with Catalent Pharma Solutions responsible for domestic and international pay. She also has leadership experience with Aggregate Industries in Rockville, Maryland and Choice Hotels International in Silver Spring, Maryland as well as Johnson & Johnson.


Gloria has a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science from Universidad de San Buenaventura; Colombia, South America in Psychology.  She is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

In her spare time, Gloria enjoys riding her bike in local parks.

BRENDA LISTER

PRACTICE LEADER, EMPLOYMENT COMPLIANCE,
PAY AND REWARDS

Brenda’s consulting expertise includes a diverse client base of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as numerous small, mid-size, and not-for-profit organizations.

Brenda’s professional experience includes management positions with Johnson & Johnson, Sky Chefs, DFW Airport Board, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc (ACS), and City of Garland. As a Senior Consulting Associate with RGP (contractual), Brenda has worked on projects for a number of large clients in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, she has been an expert witness in cases requiring depth of knowledge in job analysis and job pricing. In addition to her managerial and client work in HR and compensation, Brenda was a member of the faculty of World at Work for over twenty years, having attained the Professional Compensation Professional (CCP) designation and taught Certification Course 2: Job Analysis, Documentation and Evaluation. She co-authored a book, Evaluating Job Content: An Approach to Establishing a Job-Worth Hierarchy.

In addition to pay and rewards, Brenda also has depth of experience in employee relations, employment law and compliance, training and development, and workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.

 

Brenda’s initial career choice was to be the first woman head coach in the NFL. You can now find her on NFL game days cheering on her favorite team and sending letters to the team owner with her thoughts regarding improvement areas for consideration.

GEORGE WUNDER

DIRECTOR, CLIENT TOOLS

George has been designing IT solutions for over 20 years, from the early days of Microsoft to modern cloud environments. His expertise includes architecting and implementing technology solutions for organizations large and small, domestic and abroad, and in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Having served in various HRIS roles for over 10 years, George is highly skilled in both the business and systems of human resources. He enjoys the creative challenges of automating and re-engineering processes and helping organizations build truly sustainable IT solutions.

 

George has degrees from The College of New Jersey and Harvard, is a member of MENSA, and is a crossword afficionado who published his first book in 2013.

GISELE RODRIGUEZ

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR

Gisele is the recipient of numerous scholastic awards. She is an undergraduate student majoring in Human Resources Management with a planned graduation in 2024. Gisele love’s to travel and learn new languages. She has visited over twenty states and eight countries. In high school she took AP Spanish, Honors Italian, and Introductory Mandarin; and is hoping to learn French and American Sign Language soon.
