Atwater Martin employs a unique nine-step process which has proven effective in designing numerous HR solutions for enterprise organizations across the U.S.
 
This process begins with a strategic plan to include a communications plan and giving all stakeholders a voice in the design. Data is collected from
these sessions, analyzed and a
model is created and tested prior to recommendation and implementation.
 
When required, tools are added to facilitate the process. It also 
incorporates all pertinent facets of a well-designed comprehensive 
education and training plan.
